Robert DeGennaro leads the vision and long-term strategy of PremiumData360, focused on helping organizations move and manage data reliably at scale. A serial entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in software, data, and media technology, Robert has founded and grown multiple companies. He previously led Continental Marketing Inc. to more than $1 billion in sales and later co-founded Unicru and APEX Construction Systems. He studied at Portland State University and completed the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School. Robert is a big supporter of arts and education and serves on the board of the Argyros Performing Arts Center in Ketchum, Idaho.

Sam Bhaumik leads solution strategy, product innovation, and client delivery at PremiumData360, helping customers modernize complex workflows and unlock greater value from automation. Sam brings real depth of media advertising technology experience to PremiumData360. Over the last 30 years, Sam has held leadership roles in engineering and product development at media technology pioneers such as Operative and Broadway Systems. He earned his MS in Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a PhD in Chemical and Environmental Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. Sam supports the philanthropic efforts of the AIM Foundation in Kolkuta, India, which advances healthcare, education, and environmental initiatives for underprivileged communities.

Ann Weiser leads talent strategy, culture, and organizational development at PremiumData360, focused on building strong teams and creating an environment where people can thrive. With more than 40 years of HR leadership experience, Ann has held senior roles with organizations including Activision Blizzard and the Chicago Cubs. Prior to joining PremiumData360, Ann was on the faculty of the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina for five years.Ann holds a BA in Sociology from California State University Long Beach and completed the Executive HR Program at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Food education and the arts are keen areas of interest for Ann.  She is actively involved with Pilot Light Chefs and the Tallgrass Chamber Music Festival.

Julie Giammattei leads customer success and long-term client partnerships at PremiumData360, focused on helping customers achieve meaningful and measurable results from our technology solutions. A real pro in advertising technology, Julie has over 20 years of leadership roles at Mediaocean. She has led over 1,400 technology implementations at television stations across the United States.Julie holds a degree from Susquehanna University. She is actively involved various humanitarian organizations in the greater Charlotte area, including Habitat for Humanity, the Boy Scouts and other youth development programs.

Stephanie Helsley focuses on operational efficiency, governance, and business process improvement at PremiumData360. She works across teams to strengthen reporting, improve workflows, and ensure the organization operates with clarity and alignment as it continues to grow. With more than 20 years of experience in broadcast technology and enterprise software, Stephanie’s superpower is helping organizations bring structure to complex environments. Prior to joining PremiumData360, she held leadership roles at Operative and WideOrbit, supporting large-scale platform deployments and program initiatives across media organizations.She holds a degree from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, Stephanie is passionate about elder care initiatives and arts education in her Dallas, TX community.

Michael Zablocki leads sell-side sales at PremiumData360, partnering with media organizations to modernize operations and unlock greater value from their data. With more than 25 years in media and advertising technology, he started his career at NBC working in strategic planning, information technology and general management. He transitioned into Sales and has never looked back.  Prior to joining PremiumData360, Mike held sales and business development roles in various media technology organizations. He holds an MBA from Long Island University and a BA in Accounting from William Paterson University. Known for: truly understanding the technology needs of large media organizations and helping customers modernize their operational infrastructure.

Rich Radzik leads buyer-side sales at PremiumData360, helping agencies and brands streamline data workflows and improve operational efficiency. Rich’s 30-year career has been steeped in advertising and media, including leadership roles at Kantar, where Rich led the division that drove innovation in ad verification and industry standards. He attended the University of Delaware. An avid sports fan, Rich volunteers with local Jersey Shore youth sports programs. He also supports cancer research initiatives.
